Whether it is an NDA, ANDA or DESI, we employ Quality By Design in our product development, testing, and manufacturing processes from the earliest stage. Our dedicated training facilities and programs ensure that all our people are fully qualified to implement all facets of your product development and manufacturing.

From the earliest stage, we employ Quality By Design principals in our product development, testing, and manufacturing processes. Quality starts with R&D and our rigorous analytics. It continues through to product compatibility testing, accelerated and long-term stability testing.

Ensuring the quality and integrity of your packaging is an integral part of the quality process from compatibility to accurate labeling. We believe that packaging quality requires the same dedication and oversight given to ingredients and the manufacturing process.

Quality Assurance

Harmony’s facilities are regularly audited by regulatory authorities, including the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Therapeutic Products Directorate of Health Canada. In addition, our facilities are frequently audited by many client teams and industry professionals. We welcome these audits and incorporate any feedback that we receive into continual improvements to our operations and quality systems.

We continually invest in our plants and equipment, and we provide our personnel with ongoing training and development in cGMPs. Analytical Lab

Our analytical lab is responsible for testing of all ingredients and packaging before they are used in your product. From raw materials to finished product, the lab manages all aspects of production creating and maintaining all documentation from analytical records to protocols and drug master files, etc.
